Three parties to interact

Myanmar environmental protection system is lagging behind it's conterparts in the region. I realized that there are lack of three parties who should be interacting or corellating each other in the environmental protection system. These three parties are 1.) THE POLLUTER 2.)THE REGULATOR and 3.) THE GENERAL PUBLIC (who suffer the impact).

    I will define these three parties in my next blogs. And find out what they are doing currently. I expect comments and opinions from fellow Myanmar citizens and then spread the words.

    I use the term "Myanmar Environmental Protection System" to represent the awareness of the environmental issues in Myanmar. Actually, it is to say sadly, the country has not yet established such a proactive program. I will strickly draw the lines that the blogs and comments posted here intended to be from the views of technical issues on environmental matters only.
